How do I add equipment?
Tap the + button on the home screen. You can add equipment manually by entering details, or use the AI scanner to automatically identify tools from a photo.
How does AI scanning work?
Point your camera at a piece of equipment and tap scan. Our AI analyzes the image to identify the tool type, read asset tags, and detect serial numbers. The results are pre-filled for you to review and confirm.
Can I use Shopfloor offline?
Yes. Shopfloor stores your inventory locally on your device. Any changes you make offline will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team and tap Invite. Enter your team member's email address and assign them a role (Admin, Manager, or User). They'll receive an invitation to join your company.
How do I transfer equipment between locations?
Open an item and tap the location field, then select the new location. The transfer is logged in the activity history so you always have an audit trail.
How do I get started with Shopfloor?

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. Contact team@sandcreektechnologies.com if you need assistance.
